The Universign electronic signature service is temporarily unavailable. This impacts the signature steps across the majority of digital subscription flows, for which the signature step must be postponed until service is restored. The electronic signature service for distribution agreements is not affected.
During a scheduled internal certificate rotation procedure, the operation did not complete as expected. As a result, several components relying on these certificates are unable to establish secure connections. This has led to a full outage of the digital Subscription services. The engineering team is actively investigating and working on restoring availability by correcting the certificate configuration.
